Meditative Outdoor Flow

This class will integrate invigorating flow sequences, asana holds (including standing balances), and mindfulness. We will practice on the grass. Bring your own yoga mat, or a beach towel; no yoga mat necessary. This class will build strength and flexibility, and will provide a fairly vigorous workout. It will be taught at an advanced beginner/intermediate level and is appropriate for people with at least some previous yoga experience.
